Strategically located at the intersection of East Athens Street and Park Avenue, just a block from the downtown business district, the Winder Cultural Arts Center is a spacious and up-to-date meeting, teaching and entertainment facility, designed with easy access and the needs of the patron in mind.  The Winder Cultural Arts Center is home to the Colleen O. Williams Theater - a state-of-the-art, fully equipped performance theater with comfortable seating for over 200.  The Colleen offers a large, easily adaptable performance area, ample wing space and attached dressing and rest rooms.

The Winder Cultural Arts Center also provides a Dining and Conference Room, with an attached caterer's kitchen and seating for up to 100, as well as a well-lit multi-purpose classroom, large enough for departmental meetings, yet small enough for our ever popular ballroom dance classes.  Additionally, the facility provides administrative, production and editing spaces for WTV-21, the City of Winder's government access cable television station.
